Pure & Woven Return Policy

At Pure & Woven we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

• Returns Accepted: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.  

• Condition: Items must be unused, and in their original packaging.

• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@pureandwoven.com with your order details. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
